Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a booking?

Simply click on the Book Now button and follow the prompts to book through our online system. Our mobile app is available for download via the app stores on Android and iOS, and provide you with live updates and easy booking ability.

If you are booked into a hotel, please ensure you tell us the room number and whose name the room is booked under so it is easy for Reception or Concierge staff to locate you.

What if the time I want is not available?

Our online booking system will display all available therapists and appointments in your area.

However, if you are very limited on your treatment time we still may be able to help you – Simply call 1300 302 542 and we will do everything we can to find a therapist for you.

What happens when your therapist arrives?

If you have our mobile app you will receive up to date notifications on your therapists journey to you. Otherwise, you will receive a SMS message letting you know the therapist has arrived at your front door or at your hotel reception

Why do you pay more than going to a salon?

We pride ourselves on offering great value for money and aim to keep our prices very competitive. There are no hidden extras for hotel visits or admin fees etc.

Our fully qualified professional therapists offer a convenient service by coming to you, at your hotel, home or office. This offers you privacy and security and therefore, peace of mind.

The main costs associated with a mobile massage service are in the time allocated for travel, setting up for your customised experience and clearing away at the end of the treatment. Of course, this all saves your precious time travelling to a massage salon, finding and paying for parking etc.

Our massage service removes all the unknowns around professionalism, privacy, cleanliness and qualifications of the therapist. We keep our pricing as simple as possible with two pricings for all therapies – Standard Hours and After Hours, which includes Sunday and Public Holidays and as you will understand this attracts an additional surcharge.

Most of our partner hotels provide free parking for our therapists but at some locations this may not be available. If that is the case, our therapist will ask for you to pay for those fees.

Standard Hours  9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday No additional fees
After Hours 6pm – 10pm daily +$30 fee per therapist
Sundays +$30 fee per therapist
Public Holidays +$30 fee per therapist
Parking Fees May or may not be covered by your accommodation Ranges from $10 – $30 indicatively

What should I expect in the massage session?

Firstly, please be aware that all of our massages are strictly professional and non-sexual.
The therapist will bring all equipment, linen and oils etc. to provide you with the best possible treatment.
All sessions start with a brief consultation about your health status This is mandatory as massage has contra-indications. In other words, a massage without this knowledge could compromise your health if you have specific underlying health conditions – e.g. fever, blood clots, contagious disease inflammation etc.
Our therapists will always ask about any areas of your body that you feel need special attention. They will then guide you about the dress/undress protocol, the ‘draping’ process and how the session will be delivered. As part of our protocol we require you to wear underwear for the duration of the massage.

Our therapists are trained to respect your privacy and boundaries, stepping outside if required while you undress and prepare, never exposing private areas and always looking to ensure your utmost comfort throughout the massage treatment.

At all times, remember, you are in charge of the experience so make sure to ask questions and get the right massage for you.

Should I shower before my massage?

We suggest that to save your valuable massage time, it is best to shower before your therapist arrives and that no make-up is worn. If you have no time prior to us arriving to have a shower, please note: If you choose to have one when your therapist arrives, try to make it very short as you are reducing your massage time Our team adhere to strict deadlines to ensure you receive the full treatment booked, and so does their next client.

May I wear jewellery during my massage?

We prefer that you keep your jewellery to a minimum as it is easier for our massage therapists to perform your treatment. Without bulky bracelets, necklaces or watches the therapist will be able to create much more flow while massaging.

Is your therapist qualified?

Yes, all of our therapists are fully qualified professional therapists that hold Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) approved qualifications. Additionally, they have also completed our in-house training on our signature Stressbuster massage – a uniquely designed massage that combines a variety of massage modes to give you the ultimate in stress release and relaxation.

Can I cancel or reschedule a treatment?

You can cancel or reschedule a treatment any time up to 3 hours prior to the booking time. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your account/credit card in the event of a cancellation less than three hours prior to the treatment time. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible prior to the booking time. Click here to read our full terms and conditions.

On arrival, you’ll know it’s us – your massage therapist will be wearing a Rejuvenators’ uniform and arrive with portable massage table, towels and oils.

We suggest that you talk with your massage therapist on arrival to give them an understanding of the type of massage and pressure that you prefer. If it is your first massage ask as many questions as you need to in order to feel comfortable with your service.

How do Corporate Workplace Bookings work?

Each therapist will arrive at your workplace with a specialised sitting neck and shoulders massage chair We will set up the chairs in the location as agreed with the project coordinator.

The length of each session will depend on the amount of time in total allocated and the number of staff to be treated. For example if there are 16 staff and two therapists we can deliver a 15 minute session per person – approx 4 per hour.

The sessions are delivered to staff fully clothed and no oils are used in these sessions and no facial massages are provided to avoid impacting makeup etc.
