What types of massage services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of treatments, including our signature Stressbuster Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Relaxation and Aromatherapy Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Deluxe Indulgence Packages. Each service is tailored to the unique needs of your guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience. We can also provide Couple’s Massages, available for booking through our app, or for larger group or event bookings you can contact us directly to arrange a custom quote.

How do guests book a massage?

As highlighted throughout the online booking process, all bookings are requests only, until such time as it has been accepted by one of our available therapists. Guests will receive digital updates on the progress of their request and the booking once it is confirmed.

Guests can conveniently request their massage booking directly through a custom link, accessible across your digital channels, or via a QR code provided by Rejuvenators within printed collateral. They also have the option to book at the hotel’s front desk, where your staff can guide them through the simple booking process using our user-friendly system.

To ensure accuracy and reduce liability, we recommend that staff assist by explaining the process and answering any questions but avoid completing the booking on the guest’s behalf. This allows guests to provide accurate information for prerequisite questions and ensures a seamless booking experience.

What is the lead time for guest bookings?

Guests can request a massage treatment as little as an hour in advance, subject to therapist availability. Our system is designed to provide real-time availability updates to streamline last-minute bookings.

Ideally we encourage hotel staff to promote as long a lead time as possible, this helps to ensure better therapist availability and reduce delays that could be caused with last minute commuting for our therapists.

What are the operating hours for Rejuvenators’ services?

Our therapists are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, providing flexibility to accommodate a wide range of guest schedules.

To optimise service availability, we offer both Peak and Off-Peak pricing. This approach not only helps manage booking demand during busy periods but also encourages guests to select quieter times, creating a smoother experience for your staff while contributing to a reduced overall carbon footprint.

How does pricing work for guests?

Pricing is transparent and includes factors such as massage duration, time of booking (e.g., Peak vs. Off-peak), and additional costs like parking fees (if applicable). Guests receive a full breakdown of costs before confirming their booking request.

What happens if a therapist is unavailable?

Our system automatically matches booking requests with the preferred available therapist. In rare cases where the selected therapist cannot attend, we notify the guest promptly and offer an alternative massage therapist or to reschedule the appointment.

What equipment do therapists bring?

Our therapists come fully equipped with everything required for the service, including portable massage tables, high-quality oils, fresh linens, and other necessary tools. This ensures a seamless treatment experience for your guests.
